1. SELF PICK-UP & DROP OFF 

1. We allow the option for clients to pick up their rental orders and return them to our showroom after their event. 


2. Delivery

I. clients can place orders and hire us to deliver and pick-up rentals at the event location.

II. Cost for delivery service is determined by:

i. Size of order.

ii. Time and labor involved in preparing and packing our delivery trailer before event.

iv. Time and mileage in gas traveling to the event location, and back to our home base. Our showroom is located in Woodward, OK.

v. Unloading items off the truck at the event venue.

vii. All necessary moving supplies

viii. Delivery does not include a styling fee

III. Venues outside Pretty Little Rental's 65 mile radius, are considered "out of town" and require room and board for crew members which in not included in the delivery fee.

VI. Pretty Little Rentals requires adequate access to the delivery site.  Failure to notify us of such delivery conditions may result in additional fees.

3. styling &          design

I. Styling services for the day of the event must be reserved separately. 

II. Stylist fee is based on 50% cost of the rentals for your event. 

i. A design consultation fee will be applied if a client requests a venue visit. Pretty Little Rentals can recommend a layout plan and offer design advice to achieve the client's vision.
